基于事故树分析法的爆破飞石事故危险源辨识

Identification to Hazard Source for Blasting Flying Stone Accident Based on FTA

隧洞爆破施工中常发生飞石打击事故,造成人员伤亡及设备、建筑等财产损失,经常在安全生产管理中被列为重大危险源。本文根据辽宁省某在建输水隧洞工程施工实际,归纳施工中可能诱发爆破飞石事故的风险因素及其深层原因并进行分析,总结出发生爆破飞石事故的关键事件,提出在安全生产管理中应采取的技术及管理措施,避免关键事件的发生,进而达到预防爆破飞石事故的目的。

In the tunnel blasting construction,flying stone accidents often occur,resulting in casualties,equipment,building damages,property losses,etc.,which are often listed as major hazard sources in the safety production management.In this paper,the author,based on a construction practice of a water conveyance tunnel project under construction in Liaoning Province,summarized the risk factors and deep-seated reasons that may induce flying stone accidents in the construction,also summarizes the key events inducing blasting flying stone accident,and proposed the technical and management measures that should be taken in the safety production management,to avoid the occurrence of the key events,and to achieve the goal of preventing from blasting flying stone accident.
