摘要 "MOOC+SPOC"模式是将传统的课堂教学模式翻转过来,即学生在课余时间线上自主学习,在课堂上进行讨论交流,进而深化知识、提高自身学习能力与素质的一种教学模式,具有大规模性、共享性、开放性等特点。作为一门专业基础和核心课程,肉品科学与技术课程虽内容系统,但容量大、学时少,且受众人群有限,使学生在普通课堂教学中易感到内容抽象、枯燥无趣。因此,将翻转课堂教学优势与"肉品科学与技术"课程特点相结合进行课程教学的设计与实践,使学生在轻松掌握枯燥乏味、晦涩难懂的理论知识和实际操作的同时,达到提高教学效果的目的。 "MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses)+SPOC(Small Private Online Course)" mode is a teaching mode that reverses the traditional classroom teaching mode, that is, students learn independently online after class, and discuss and communicate in class, so as to deepen knowledge and improve students’ learning ability and quality.It has the characteristics of large scale, sharing and openness. As a professional foundation and core course,meat science and technology has few class hours, but the course capacity is large and the audience is limited, which makes students feel abstract and boring in ordinary classroom teaching. Therefore, the design and practice of the course teaching are carried out by combining the characteristics of "meat science and technology" course with the teaching advantages of flipped classroom, so that students can easily master the boring and obscure theoretical knowledge and practical operation and teaching effect and can be improved.
