当前市场经济对社会、家庭的价值观念产生了不同程度的影响,而作为生活在其中的高校大学生,其择业心理深受影响。原因在于很多大学生并不了解、也不明确自己未来的发展方向。对当前市场经济进行分析,了解大学生择业心理现状,以此找到解决其存在问题的对策,希望能够优化大学生择业教育现状,提高大学生心理健康水平,使其拥有正确的心态面对当下的市场经济条件,选择适合自己的工作岗位。

At present, the market economy has different degrees of influence on the price concept of society and family, and as college students living in them, their psychology of choosing a job will be deeply affected. The reason is that many college students don’t understand and know their future direction. Based on the analysis of the current market economy, this paper understands the current situation of college students’ employment psychology, so as to find solutions to the existing problems. It hopes to optimize the current situation of college students’ job-hunting education and improve their mental health and make them use the correct mentality to face the current market economic conditions and choose their own jobs.
