At present, there are many obvious problems in the quantity and quality of Hunan film and television scriptwriter. Hunan should make policies, establish systems and find ways to cultivate, canvass,use and protect talents,solve the contradiction between supply and demand of film and television content, then strive to build a dynamic, balanced and well-developed talent chain for screenwriters, build Hunan Changsha into a highland for Chinese screenwriters, and boost the take-off of "China Video Valley".
