改写理论视域下《格列佛游记》中讽刺话语的翻译探究

Translation of Satirical Discourses in Gulliver’s Travels from the Perspective of Rewriting Theory

《格列佛游记》内容的引喻性及反讽性,导致译者在翻译时会出现不同程度的改写情况。在改写理论视域下,基于"改写在翻译中必然出现"的观点,探究《格列佛游记》中讽刺话语的翻译现状,发现其在经过译文转换后多出现讽刺主题失衡、细节情感缺失及意识形态流变方向不一等问题。以改写理论的补偿翻译技巧及基础翻译策略为切入点,通过注释讲解、融合翻译与构建改写系统化标准等路径,优化《格列佛游记》中讽刺话语的翻译结果,进而推动改写理论在翻译中的运用与发展。

The allusion and irony of Gulliver’s Travels make translators adapt to different degrees when translating. Based on the viewpoint of rewriting theory that "rewriting is inevitable in translation", from the perspective of rewriting theory, this paper explores the current situation of the translation of satirical discourses in Gulliver’s Travels, and concludes that after translation, satirical themes are often out of balance, details are missing, and ideological changes are different. Starting from the compensation translation skills and basic translation strategies of rewriting theory, this paper optimizes the translation results of satirical discourses in Gulliver’s Travels by means of annotation, integration of translation and construction of rewriting systematization standard, so as to promote the sustainable development of rewriting theory in translation.
