摘要
为提高校企融合模式下交通土建专业高职本科的人才培养质量,提出了校企融合模式下交通土建专业人才培养质量提高的具体路径。针对企业参与人才培养积极性低的问题,提出了构建多方获利的人才培养保障机制,对有效提高高职本科人才培养质量具有一定的作用。
In order to improve the quality of personnel training of Transportation and Civil Engineering in the mode of school-enterprise integration,this paper puts forward the specific path.In view of the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the talent training,this paper puts forward the construction of multi-party profit-making talent training guarantee mechanism,which plays a certain role in effectively improving the quality of higher vocational undergraduate training.
