摘要
校企合作开展新生代农民工职教培训是实施供给侧改革,扩展企业和职业院校发展空间的有利举措。本文对自发培训、政府主导、企业主导、院校主导、校企合作等涉及不同培训主体的新生代农民工职教培训模式进行比较,基于校企合作模式角度,构建新生代农民工职教培训的长效机制总体框架,包括校企合作下职教培训的动力机制、约束机制、协调机制、评价机制及反馈机制等五个维度。
The school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education and training for new generation migrant workers is a favorable measure to implement supply-side reform and expand the development space of enterprises and vocational colleges.This paper compares the training modes of new generation migrant workers,which involves different training subjects,such as self-initiated training,government-led training,enterprise-led training,school-led training,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation mode,the overall framework with long-term mechanism on the vocational education and training of the new generation migrant workers is constructed,which includes the driving mechanism,the constraint mechanism,the coordination mechanism,the evaluation mechanism and the feedback mechanism.
