中职技能人才工匠精神培育的路径探析

On the Path of Cultivating the "Craftsman Spirit" of Secondary Vocational Skilled Talents

实现“中国制造2025”,关键是重塑工匠精神,创造具有世界影响力的民族品牌。作为面向生产一线培养技能人才的中等职业学校,必须强化工匠精神培育,才能培养出符合市场需求的人才。在分析当前中职技能人才工匠精神培育现状、价值意义的基础上,重点从价值取向、育人模式、课堂教学、校园文化建设、校企合作、教师发展和保障机制等方面探索中职技能人才工匠精神培育的路径。

To realize the goal of"made in China 2025",the key is to reshape the craftsman spirit and create a national brand with world influence.As secondary vocational schools which train skilled talents for the production line,we must strengthen the cultivation of craftsman spirit to cultivate talents that meet the market demand.Based on the analysis of the current situation and value significance of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational skilled talents,this paper focuses on exploring the path of cultivating the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational skilled talents from the aspects of value orientation,education modes,classroom teaching,campus culture construction,school-enterprise cooperation,teacher development and guarantee mechanism.
