高职学生思想政治教育现状及改进策略

The Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Students

为了解高职学生思想政治教育现状,编制高职学生思想政治教育情况调查问卷,进行调研访谈。结果表明,目前高职学生能够认识到思想政治教育的重要性,也存在诸多问题和不足。为此,提出四项改进策略:强化思想政治教育引领,做好职业生涯规划;打造网络思想政治教育阵地,发挥网络育人功能;加强辅导员队伍建设,提升思想政治教育能力;进一步落实“三全育人”机制,形成思想政治教育育人合力。

In order to understand the current situation of ideological and political education of higher vocational students,a questionnaire was prepared and surveys and interviews were conducted.The results show that at present,higher vocational students can realize the importance of ideological and political education,but there are many problems and deficiencies.Therefore,four improvement strategies are put forward:strengthening the guidance of ideological and political education to make a good career planning;building a network ideological and political education position to give full play to the function of network education;strengthening the construction of counselor team to improve the ability of ideological and political education;and further implementing the"three all-round education"mechanism to form a joint force of ideological and political education.
