学科优等生的烦恼——谈中高职语文教学

摘要 当前中高职语文教学走向平庸化,主要表现为两种形式,一是相对于市场需求和环境变化,语文教学的绝对平庸化;二是与专业学科对比,相对平庸。从实践角度,中高职语文教学防范平庸,摆脱烦恼,战略层面上政策设计者和学校领导、教师要真正懂得语文教学的意义与价值;战术层面,一线教师要围绕大纲教材,坚持以人为本,以学生为中心,通过课堂实践形成语文学科品牌;“道”的层面,以“为学生终身发展铺就基础”为导向,想学生所想,满足学生所需,探索实践,总结经验,提高语文教学质量。 At present,Chinese teaching in secondary and higher vocational colleges is becoming mediocre,which is mainly manifested in two forms:one is the absolute mediocrity of Chinese teaching relative to market demand and environmental changes;the other is the relative mediocrity compared with professional disciplines.From the practical point of view,Chinese teaching in secondary and higher vocational colleges should guard against mediocrity and get rid of troubles.At the strategic level,policy designers,school leaders and the teachers should really understand the significance and value of Chinese teaching.At the tactical level,the front-line teachers should focus on the syllabus and textbooks,adhere to the people-oriented and student-centered objectives,and form a brand of Chinese subject through classroom practice.At the"Taoist"level,they should be guided by"laying the foundation for students'lifelong development",think about what the students think,meet the students'needs,explore practice,summarize experience,and improve the quality of Chinese teaching.
