摘要
建构主义理念下的活力课堂,是中职教学改革的方向之一。本文以“果蔬造型技术”课程项目七模块二“南国风情主题果盘设计与制作”为例,阐述并分析在建构主义理念指导下的教学设计与实施过程,通过建构主义构建适合烹饪专业实训课程的活力课堂,能够有效地为中职生营造良好的学习氛围,激发他们的学习热情,提高他们的职业素养。
The dynamic class under the concept of constructivism is one of the directions of vocational education reform.This paper takes the project of"Design and production of fruit platter with southern style",the second lesson in Module 7 of"Fruit and Vegetable Modeling Technology",as an example to elaborate and analyze the teaching design and implementation process under the guidance of the concept of"constructivism".It builds a dynamic class suitable for the practical training course of cooking major through constructivism,which can effectively create a good learning atmosphere for secondary vocational school students and stimulate them to improve their professional quality.
