工作旺盛感是指个体在工作中能同时感受到“活力”和“学习”这两种体验的一种心理状态。工作旺盛感有助于员工缓解工作倦怠,提高工作效率和促进身心健康。本文旨在对工作旺盛感的相关内容进行综述,首先对工作旺盛感进行界定,其次在分析工作旺盛感的社会嵌入模型和个人成长整合模型的基础上探讨工作旺盛感的发生机制,进一步了解工作旺盛感对员工身心健康的影响,最后提出有针对性的提升策略。

The sense of exuberance in work refers to a psychological state in which an individual can feel both"vitality"and"learning"at the same time.The sense of exuberance is helpful for employees to alleviate job burnout,improve work efficiency and promote physical and mental health.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the relevant contents of the sense of exuberance.Firstly,it defines the sense of exuberance.Secondly,it discusses the mechanism of the sense of exuberance based on the analysis of the social embeddedness model and personal growth integration model,which further understands the impact of the sense of exuberance on the physical and mental health of employees.Finally,it puts forward targeted promotion strategies.
