摘要
根据淬回火弹簧钢丝探伤收放线系统的组成及控制特点,分析控制系统的I/O需求,选取系统的硬件配置。根据放线机、牵引机、收线机的运行特点,通过张力控制器的设计和各变频器给定频率算法设计,并针对放线机、收线机大转动惯量的特点,配置制动电阻。该系统结构简单,维护方便,系统放线顺畅,收卷盘形规整,实现了淬回火弹簧钢丝高效率探伤作业。
According to construction and control characteristics of quenched and tempered spring steel wire inspection take-up and pay-off,I/O requirements of control system are analyzed,and the system hardware configuration is selected.According to operating characteristics of pay-off,traction machine and take-up,through design of tension controller and given frequency algorithm design of each inverter,and according to characteristics of large inertia of pay-off and take-up,the braking resistor is configured.The system has a simple structure,convenient maintenance,smooth paying off,and a regular winding disc shape,which realizes highly efficient flaw detection of quenched and tempered spring steel wire.
