摘要
设计一种吊装延伸梁,解决了被吊物超出行车起吊范围时歪拉斜吊的问题。吊装延伸梁采用杠杆原理,将延伸梁和被吊物整体的重心偏移到行车正下方,扩展了行车的吊装范围,使吊装作业竖直平稳。分别用理论力学计算和有限元分析,对延伸梁进行了强度校核,其结果基本一致,验证了设计的准确性。
Designing a hoisting extension beam to solve problem of slanting and slinging when the hoisting object exceeds the lifting range of the driving.The hoisting extension beam adopts the principle of leverage to offset the center of gravity of extension beam and the object to be lifted directly under the driving,which expands lifting range of driving and makes the lifting operation vertical and stable.The strength of extended beam was checked by theoretical mechanics calculation and finite element analysis,and the results were basically consistent,which verified accuracy of design.
