欧标热处理钢轨R350LHT研制与开发

摘要 为了满足强度和硬度要求,对热处理钢轨R350LHT的成分进行了优化设计。通过热模拟试验获得了钢轨转变CCT曲线及相变特性,依此制定钢轨余热淬火工艺并进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:R350LHT钢轨组织为细珠光体,抗拉强度达到1250 MPa以上,踏面硬度达到350 HB以上,截面硬度等其他各项性能均满足标准要求。 In order to meet the requirements of strength and hardness,the composition of heat treated rail R350LHT is optimized.The rail transition CCT curve and phase transition characteristics were obtained by thermal simulation test,according to which the rail waste heat quenching process was established and the industrial test was carried out.The test results show that the microstructure of R350LHT rail is fine pearlite,the strength is more than 1250 MPa,the tread hardness is more than 350 HB and the cross-section hardness meets the standard requirements.
