摘要
调查了SQ510L卷板表面结疤的产生原因,发现为铸坯表面小纵裂纹轧制后遗传所致,而铸坯表面小纵裂纹的产生与凝固过程中的包晶反应、结晶器传热强度大等因素有关,结晶器冷却水进水温度低、保护渣传热性能不良引起了结晶器传热强度大。通过提高结晶器冷却水进水温度、调整保护渣碱度等措施,延缓了结晶器传热,消除了铸坯表面的小纵裂纹,从而杜绝了钢卷结疤的产生。
In this paper,reasons for surface scar of SQ510L coil were investigated.It showed that the defect of surface scar was inherited from short longitudinal crack on slab surface.The generation of the crack was related to peritectic reaction and to intensive of heat transfer of mould during solidification.The intensive transfer of the mould was caused by lower inlet temperature of mould cooling water and bad heat transfer performance of casting powder.The heat transfer of mould was reduced by taking measures of temperature raising of mould cooling water and justifying basicity of casting powder,the short longitudinal cracks on the surface of the billet are eliminated,and the scar of the coil is eliminated.
