前列腺癌是常见的男性泌尿系统恶性肿瘤之一,其严重危害男性健康。目前,局部晚期前列腺癌的治疗方法主要采取联合治疗,根治性前列腺切除术是治疗局部晚期前列腺癌的重要方法之一。现将近年来根治性前列腺切除术治疗局部晚期前列腺癌的最新研究进展做一综述。

Prostate cancer is one of the most common male urinary system malignancies,which seriously harms men's health.At present,the treatment of locally advanced prostate cancer is mainly with combined therapy.Radical prostatectomy is one of the important methods for the treatment of locally advanced prostate cancer.The recent progress of radical prostatectomy in the treatment of locally advanced prostate cancer is reviewed.
