低温环境下不同强度运动对人体免疫球蛋白和补体系统的影响 被引量:2

The effect of different intensity exercise to immunoglobulins and complement system in the low temperature environment

摘要 目的:探究低温环境下不同强度运动对人体血清免疫球蛋白和补体系统的影响,使冰上项目运动员的免疫监控更加科学。方法:选取北京体育大学男生11名,在12℃的环境下让受试者在静息、65%VO2max和80%VO2max强度跑台运动20min,每次测试前后采集静脉血,每两次测试时间间隔不少于1周。结果:与静息前相比,静息后免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均有显著升高,补体4(C4)组分、总补体(CH50)活性显著下降。与65%VO2max强度运动前相比,运动后CH50活性显著下降。与80%VO2max强度运动前相比,运动后CH50活性显著下降;与静息后相比,以65%VO2max强度运动后IgA水平、CH50活性显著升高,以80%VO2max强度运动后IgM水平有显著性降低。与65%VO2max强度运动后相比,以80%VO2max强度运动后IgM水平有显著性降低。结论:血清IgA、IgM水平及CH50活性可作为冰上项目运动员训练监控有效的免疫指标。 Objectives:this paper studies the effect of different intensity exercise to human serum immunoglobulin and complement system in the cold environment for more scientific immune monitoring to ice sport players.Methods:selecting 11 boys from Beijing Sport University,making subjects rest,do 65%VO2max and 80%VO2max intensity’s exercise for 20 min in the 12℃environment,blooding venous blood after and before test and the interval of every twice tests’at least 1 week.Results:there is a significant increase on IgA,IgC and IgM and an obvious decrease on activities of C4 and CH50 after rest compared with before.There is a prominent decrease on activity of CH50 after exercise compared with before the exercise of 65%VO2max and 80%VO2max intensity.There is a significant increase on IgA and CH50 after exercise of 65%VO2max intensity and an obvious decrease on IgM after exercise of 80%VO2max intensity compared with after rest.There is a prominent decrease on IgM after exercise of 80%VO2max intensity compared with after exercise of 65%VO2max intensity.Conclusion:serum IgA,IgM and activity of CH50 can be effective immune indicators to monitor training of ice sport players.
