摘要
目的:运用平衡训练对青少年女排运动员下肢损伤进行预防干预,为青少年女排运动员损伤预防方案的设计及应用提供参考。方法:以16名辽宁省青少年女排运动员为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,并对实验组和对照组进行8周常规训练,实验组每周比对照组多进行3次平衡训练,实验前后对所有运动员进行FMS测试和静态平衡能力测试。结果:经过8周的平衡训练,实验组青少年女排运动员FMS成绩明显升高,其中高举深蹲、跨栏步、弓步蹲这三项主要反映下肢损伤的测试成绩提高显著,静态平衡能力均有显著提高。结论:平衡训练方案能够有效降低青少年女排运动员膝关节损伤风险。
Objective:providing some theoretical references to design and apply prevention program for injuries of adolescent woman volleyball players.Method:to take 6 Liaoning female players as objects and dividing them into experimental group and control group at liberty,then they all have done regular exercise for 8 weeks but experimental group doing extra thrice balance training than control group;and finally,take part in tests of FMS and static equilibrium abilities to all players before and after experience.Result:players in experimental group have showed an obvious boost of FMS,especially on high lift and deep squat,hurdling step,forward lunge,and their static equilibrium abilities also have a significant improvement.Conclusion:balance training program can effectively reduce risks of juvenile woman volleyball players on knee injuries.
