The asset management business in the United States has a long history of development.The asset management business of the three major banks,J.P.Morgan Chase,New York Mellon,and State Street,in the development process,is worthy of its success in breaking rigid exchanges,resisting risks,launching representative products and specialization.This article introduces and compares the asset management business’development of the U.S.three major banks,and combined with the actual situation,puts forward suggestions on how to achieve a smooth transition and enhance competitiveness after breaking rigid payment of China's asset management business.
