欠发达地区金融发展对产业结构转型升级的影响研究——以陕西省渭南市为例

Research on the Impact of Financial Development on the Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Underdeveloped Areas——Taking Weinan City of Shaanxi Province as an Example

产业结构转型升级作为供给侧结构性改革的重要环节,对加快低层次和落后产业转型升级有着重要的现实意义和影响。本文在对国内外涉及金融发展、产业结构变化的有关文献进行深入剖析的基础上,将渭南市作为研究对象,对其金融发展、产业转型升级两者间内在作用机制作为研究重点,并运用计量模型分析验证渭南市近20年来金融发展与产业结构转型升级之间的关系,以此找出探讨调整和优化两者关系的可能途径,提出优化金融结构、加快金融监管协调、有效促进产融结合的政策建议。

As an important link of supply-side structural reform,industrial restructuring and upgrading has important practical significance and impact on accelerating the transformation and upgrading of low-level and backward industries.Promoting the deepening of financial system reform and serving the real economic development is an important part of the report of the Nineteenth National Congress.As the most important part of the country,finance serves the local economic construction as its due responsibility and responsibility.On the basis of in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign literatures related to financial development and industrial structure changes,this paper takes Weinan city as the research object,focuses on the internal mechanism between its financial development and industrial transformation and upgrading,and uses econometric model analysis to verify the financial development and upgrading of Weinan City in the past 20 years.In order to find out the possible ways to adjust and optimize the relationship between industrial restructuring and upgrading,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on optimizing financial structure,speeding up the coordination of financial supervision and effectively promoting the integration of industry and finance.
