摘要
本文以郑州第五十一中学学校特色办学为视角,着重探讨办学实践中办学理念、教师队伍发展、德育特色形成、课程框架的构建等影响办学特色生成、成长、成熟的表现,从而真正通过办学促进学生全面发展、教师专业发展、学校品牌发展。
From the perspective of characteristic school-running in Zhengzhou No.51 Middle School,this paper focuses on the school-running ideas,teacher team development,characteristic moral education formation,and curriculum framework establishment of its school-running practice,which are also the factors influencing the formation,development and perfection of its characteristic school-running.The characteristic school-running is to promote students'comprehensive development,teachers'professional development and the school's brand development through school-running.
