摘要
以积极心理学的幸福2.0理论为研究依据,探讨职业生涯发展幸福感的内涵,结合长春金融高等专科学校1014名在校大学生的问卷调查结果,总结职业生涯规划认知现状以及影响职业生涯发展幸福感的内外部因素,进而就如何提升大学生在职业生涯发展过程中的主观幸福感提出对策建议。
Based on the theory of happiness 2.0 in positive psychology,the connotation of well-being in career development is explored.Combined with the results of a questionnaire survey of 1014 college students in Changchun Finance College,this paper summarizes the status quo of career planning cognition and the internal and external factors influencing well-being in career development,and then puts forward suggestions on how to improve the subjective well-being of college students in the course of their career development.
