英语教师课程文化意识和文化品格的阻碍与提升路径——基于“立德树人”背景

摘要 全面深化课程改革要求加强和落实"立德树人"这一教育根本任务,英语学科核心素养从教学本质出发,明确提出培养有文化意识的学生,以诠释如何落实"立德树人"。为达成该目标,需要提升教师的课程文化意识和文化品格。当前仍存在"无生"课程文化观主体缺失、文化意识与文化自觉缺失、文化体验过程重视不足等阻碍,本文尝试从以生为本、增强文化自觉、关注文化体验过程的三个维度出发,探讨增强英语教师课程文化意识和文化品格的提升路径。 Comprehensively deepening reforms requires us to deeply strengthen and implement the fundamental task of"strengthening moral education and cultivating people".To illustrate how to implement the task and improve students'cultural consciousness,Key Competency of English Subject explicitly proposes it from the essence of teaching.Based on it,improving English teachers'cultural consciousness of curriculum is necessary.However,some difficulties still stuck on,such as the deficiency of regarding students as the main body,lacking cultural sense and consciousness,less attention to the process of experience of culture.It is suggested that three possible solutions can be used,including laying stress on the students,enhancing the cultural awareness,and focusing on the process of cultural experience.
