董仲舒的教化思想对当今政德建设的启示

政德是整个社会道德的感应器和风向标,政德建设是全面从严治党的重要内容。董仲舒的政治、道德教化思想内涵丰富,对当今政德建设具有深刻的借鉴和启示意义。新时代领导干部政德建设要从董仲舒的教化思想中汲取智慧,立足国家、社会和个人三个层面,将胸怀国家、忠诚坚定作为明大德的根本要求;将立党为公、服务人民作为守公德的现实要求;将修身养德、躬亲自律作为严私德的底线要求。

Political and moral virtue is the sensor and vane of social morality,and the construction of political and moral virtue is an important part of administering the Party comprehensively and strictly.Dong Zhongshu’s thought of educating and persuading people is rich in connotation,such as"great unity","proscribing all non-Confucian schools thought and declaring Confucianism the state ideology","having the same desire as the people","morality given priority over penalty","showing political and moral virtue to educate and persuade people"and"to reassure the people with love,to correct oneself with morality",which has profound reference and enlightenment significance for today’s political and moral construction.The construction of leading cadres’political and moral virtue in the new era should draw wisdom from Dong Zhongshu’s thought of educating and persuading people.They should establish themselves in the three levels of the country,the society and the individual,and regard the state and loyalty as the fundamental requirements of the great virtues.They should regard establishing the Party for the public and serving the people as the practical requirements of social ethics.Besides,they should regard cultivating themselves through morality and practicing self-discipline as the bottom line of strict private morality.
