幽门螺杆菌感染是慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的主要原因,且在远端胃腺癌和胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的发生中具有决定性致病作用。随着对幽门螺杆菌研究的不断深入,发现幽门螺杆菌与许多胃外疾病的发生发展有密切联系。文章对幽门螺杆菌与胃外疾病的研究进展进行综述。

Helicobacter pylori infection is the main cause of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,and plays a decisive role in the development of distal gastric adenocarcinoma and gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma.With the development of research on Helicobacter pylori,it is found that Helicobacter pylori is closely related to the occurrence and development of many extragastric diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of Helicobacter pylori and extragastric diseases.
