摘要
随着我国高校“双一流”建设战略的实施,研究生教育的国际化成为提升研究生培养质量的一条重要途径。近年来,福州大学外国语言文学硕士研究生培养在不断的摸索和探讨中,建构出了研究生培养国际化的实践模式,包括双联学位模式、国外短期交流模式、研究生课程体系的“在地国际化”以及研究生师资队伍的国际化。通过对这些培养模式实践经验的分析和反思,探讨其人才培养的优势和局限,为提高研究生培养质量提供可资借鉴的经验。
With the implementation of“world-class universities and first-class disciplines”construction project,internationalization has become a very effective approach to upgrade the quality of postgraduate education.Through years of exploration,we have come to set up a working system of postgraduate education internationalization including dual-degree postgraduate training programme,postgraduates short-term visiting research abroad programme,internationalization of postgraduate curriculum conducted at home and internationalization of academic staff.This paper analyzes the merits and demerits of these practices,explores their advantages and limitations in high-level talents cultivation to offer lessons and experiences to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
