以教学质量保障体系的重要作用为基础,分析高校教学质量保障体系在多方面的缺失问题。可以通过制定个性教学质量标准、引导政府企业参与建设、综合教学质量评估方法、完善教学管理队伍建设、优化教学质量评价标准、彰显学生教育中心地位等措施,实现高校教学质量保障体系的有效完善,促进高校教育发展。

Based on the important role of the teaching quality assurance system,this paper analyzes the lack of teaching quality assurance system in many aspects.Measures of establishing individual teaching quality standards,guiding government enterprises to participate in construction,comprehensive teaching quality evaluation methods,perfecting teaching management team construction,optimizing teaching quality evaluation standards and highlighting the status of student education centers can be adopted to achieve effective improvement of teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities and promote the development of college education.
