新高考背景下高中生生涯规划教育的重新思考 被引量:7

摘要 新高考制度具有公平性、科学性、自主性、公开性的特点,赋予学生更多的选择权,要求学生加深对自身的认识,了解自己的个性、爱好、能力特长,以便未来对自身学习的专业和工作的职业,能做出正确的抉择。这使得越来越多的人意识到生涯规划教育的作用,但高中生生涯规划教育在实施过程中还存在许多问题,如开展范围狭小、形式化、有效性差、简单化、存在片面性等。针对这些问题,提出积极的应对措施,以期对高中生生涯规划教育有所助益。 The New College Entrance Examination system has the characteristics of fairness,scientificalness,independence and openness.It gives students more choices and requires students to strengthen their understanding of themselves and understand their personalities,hobbies and abilities,so that they can make correct choices for their major of study and job in the future.It makes more and more people realize the role of career planning education,but there are still many problems in the implementation process of career planning education for senior high school students,such as narrow scope,formalization,poor effectiveness,simplification,one-sided aspect and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some positive measures to provide reference for senior high school students career planning education.
