大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育的协同路径分析 被引量:5

摘要 思想政治教育和心理健康教育在高校长达30多年的融合与互动中虽然成绩较为良好,但由于二者在互动教育过程中出现合力不足、动力不够等情况,从而制约了二者教育的可持续发展。根据协同发展理念和促进学生全面发展的教育精神,针对高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育进行深度分析,并从中探讨二者在工作绩效、资源、知识等方面如何进行有效整合,以此开创二者协调配置教育资源,同步优化合作教育、共享知识系统、最高匹配系统等协同局面,增强思想政治教育和心理健康教育的针对性与时效性。 Although ideological and political education and mental health education have achieved relatively good results in the integration and interaction of colleges and universities for more than 30 years,the lack of joint efforts and motivation in the process of interactive education restricts the sustainable development of the both education.According to the concept of cooperative development and the education spirit of promoting the all-round development of students,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities,and discusses how ideological and political education and mental health education can effectively integrate work performance,resources and knowledge.In this way,the two sides coordinate the allocation of educational resources,optimize the synchronization of cooperative education,share knowledge systems,and the highest matching system,and enhance the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education and mental health education.
