长链非编码RNA在宫颈癌中的研究进展

Research progress of long non-coding RNA in cervical cancer

宫颈癌作为严重威胁女性生命健康的恶性肿瘤之一,其病因已经比较明确,但是针对宫颈癌中晚期的治疗仍没有确切疗法。越来越多的研究发现,相关lncRNA在宫颈癌发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。本文主要归纳一部分lncRNA在宫颈癌中的研究进展,为宫颈癌的早期诊断和靶向治疗提供新方向、新思路。

Cervical cancer,as one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten women's life and health,has a clear cause,but there is still no exact treatment for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.More and more studies have found that related lncRNA plays an important role in the development of cervical cancer.In this paper,we mainly summarize the research progress of some lncRNA in cervical cancer,and provide new directions and new ideas for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of cervical cancer.
