乳腺癌作为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性的生命健康。研究表明,多种长链非编码RNA通过靶点基因的上调或下调,在乳腺癌细胞中异常表达,进而调控乳腺癌细胞的增殖、转移、凋亡及耐药等。

Breast cancer,the most common malignant tumor in women,is a serious threat to women's health.Studies have shown that a variety of long non-coding RNAs are up-regulated or down-regulated by target genes,which are abnormally expressed in breast cancer cells,thereby regulating the proliferation,metastasis,apoptosis and drug resistance of breast cancer cells.
