结肠癌患者术后自我管理效能感与其生活质量的相关性

Correlation between postoperative self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with colon cancer

目的探讨结肠癌患者术后自我管理效能感与其生活质量的相关性。方法选取2019年1-6月本院收治的结肠癌患者70例,采用生活质量测定表、一般自我管理效能感调查表对患者的自我管理效能感和其生活质量进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法对结肠癌患者自我管理效能感和生活质量相关性进行分析。结果结肠癌患者术后自我管理效能感总分为(26.27±4.82)分、生活质量总分为(87.53±23.42)分;自我管理效能感和生活质量均不理想,两者呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者术后自我管理效能感与其生活质量存在较密切关系,当患者自我效能感下降时,生活质量随着下降,反之升高。因此,在临床工作中可采取相应护理干预措施,提高患者自我管理效能感,以提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation between postoperative self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with colon cancer.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with colon cancer treated in our hospital from January to June 2019.The patients’self-management efficacy and quality of life were investigated by using the quality of life test table and general self-management efficacy questionnaire.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with colon cancer.Results The total score of self-management efficacy of postoperative patients with colon cancer was(26.27±4.82)points,and the total quality of life score was(87.53±23.42)points.The self-management efficacy and quality of life were all not ideal,and they were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative self-management efficacy of patients with colon cancer was closely related to the quality of life.When the patient’s self-efficacy decreased,the quality of life decreased with the decrease,and vice versa.Therefore,corresponding nursing interventions should be taken in clinical work to improve the patient’s self-management efficacy and improve the quality of life.
