基于病友互助模式的呼吸功能锻炼在肺癌围术期患者中的应用效果

Perioperative application effect of respiratory function exercise based on patients’ mutual help mode in patients with lung cancer

目的探究基于病友互助模式的呼吸功能锻炼在肺癌患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2-7月80例在我院接受肺癌手术治疗的患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于病友互助模式的呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组术后肺功能指标、焦虑评分、术后恢复情况和并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后各项肺功能指标优于对照组,焦虑评分(SAS)低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后恢复优于对照组,并发症的发生少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于病友互助模式的呼吸功能锻炼能够有效提高术后肺功能指标,改善患者不良情绪,促进其恢复,并降低其术后并发症发生,提高治疗后生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the perioperative application effect of respiratory function exercise based on patients’mutual help mode in patients with lung cancer.Methods To select 80 cases of patients who underwent lung cancer surgery in our hospital from February to July 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given respiratory function exercise based on patients’mutual help mode on this basis.The indexes of postoperative pulmonary function,anxiety score(SAS),postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of respiratory function exercise based on patients’mutual help mode could effectively improve the lung function indexes after surgery,improve the patients’bad mood,promote their recovery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life after treatment,which was worth popularizing and applying.
