全程血栓防控干预体系在预防骨科围术期静脉血栓栓塞中的应用

Application of the whole course thrombosis prevention and control intervention system in the prevention of orthopedic perioperative venous thromboembolism

目的探讨实施全程血栓防控干预体系预防骨科围术期静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年7月南通市通州区人民医院骨科手术患者80例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组39例与研究组41例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用全程血栓防控干预体系,比较两组临床护理效果。结果研究组术后VTE发生率、VTE各风险评级低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后D-二聚体低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据血栓风险评估结果,实施全程血栓防控干预骨科围术期VTE,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the whole course thrombosis prevention and control intervention system in the prevention of orthopedic perioperative venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods To select 80 patients with orthopedic surgery in Tongzhou District People’s Hospital of Nantong City from January 2017 to July 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group of 39 patients and the study group of41 patients.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group used a whole course thrombosis prevention and control intervention system to compare the clinical nursing effect between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of postoperative VTE and VTE risk ratings in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative D-dimers in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of thrombus risk assessment,the implementation of the whole course thrombosis prevention and control intervention in orthopedic perioperative VTE had significant clinical effects,so it is worth promoting..
