延伸护理服务在直肠癌永久性造口术后患者中的应用

Application of extended nursing service in patients with permanent ostomy of rectal cancer

目的探讨延伸护理服务在直肠癌永久性造口术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月收治的94例直肠癌永久性造口患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施延伸护理服务。比较两组患者规律排便率、每日护理时间、并发症发生率、自我护理评分。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),规律排便人数多于对照组(P<0.05),每日护理时间短于对照组(P<0.05),各项自我护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌永久性造口术后应用延伸护理服务可提高患者自我护理能力,预防并发症和相应症状的发生率,改善术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing service in patients with permanent ostomy of rectal cancer.Methods To select 94 cases of patients with permanent ostomy of rectal cancer who were treated from April 2017 to April 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given extended nursing.The rate of regular defecation,daily nursing time,incidence rate of complications,and self-care score were compared between patients of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were more number of people of regular defecations in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),the daily nursing time in the study was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and every scores of self-nursing ability in the study were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended nursing services after permanent ostomy of rectal cancer could improve patients’self-care ability,prevent the incidence rate of complications and corresponding symptoms,and improve the quality of life after surgery.
