摘要
目的探讨阶段化情景模拟教育联合多维护理指导对初产妇分娩结局及母乳喂养的影响。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的初产妇200例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组选择常规助产士团队服务,观察组选择阶段化情景模拟教育联合多维护理指导,比较两组产妇的分娩结局及母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇的分娩结局优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶段化情景模拟教育联合多维护理指导在初产妇中的应用,能改善分娩结局,可显著提升母乳喂养率。
Objective To explore the effect of staged scenario simulation education combined with multidimensional nursing guidance for delivery outcomes and breastfeeding of primiparas.Methods To select 200 cases of primiparas admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group selected the routine midwife team service,and the observation group selected the staged scenario simulation education combined with multidimensional nursing guidance.The delivery outcomes and breastfeeding rates of the two groups were compared.Results The delivery outcomes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged scenario simulation education combined with multidimensional nursing guidance in primiparas could improve the delivery outcome and significantly increase the breastfeeding rate.
