基于行为转变理论的健康教育对牙周病患者口腔保健自我效能与口腔卫生的影响

Effect of applying health education based on behavior change theory for self-efficacy of oral health and oral hygiene in patients with periodontal disease

目的探讨基于行为转变理论的健康教育对牙周病患者口腔保健自我效能与口腔卫生的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的120例牙周病患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于行为转变理论的健康教育,比较两组患者教育前及教育后3个月口腔保健自我效能及口腔卫生水平。结果教育前两组口腔保健自我管理效能及口腔卫生状况评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教育后两组口腔保健自我效能评分及口腔卫生状况均较教育前有所改善(P<0.05),且教育后观察组口腔保健自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组软垢指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为转变理论的健康教育能够提高牙周病患者口腔保健自我效能,改善口腔卫生状况。

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on behavioral change theory for self-efficacy of oral health and oral hygiene in patients with periodontal disease.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with periodontal disease treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group.The control group received routine health education and the observation group adopted health education based on behavior change theory to compare the self-efficacy of oral health and level of oral hygiene between patients of two groups before education and 3 months after education.Results Before education,there was no significant difference in self-efficacy of oral health and status of oral hygiene scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After education,the self-efficacy score of oral health and status of oral hygiene in the two groups were improved compared with those before education(P<0.05),and the self-efficacy of oral health score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after education(P<0.05).The debris index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on behavior change theory could improve self-efficacy of oral health and improve status of oral hygiene of patients with periodontal disease.
