监护室护理人员对臭氧床单位消毒认知现状的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of nurses’ awareness of disinfection of ozone bed units in intensive care unit

目的调查监护室护理人员对臭氧床单位消毒认知现状,为加强科室对床单位消毒管理提供参考依据。方法设计"监护室护理人员对臭氧床单位消毒认知现状调查问卷",2019年1-5月对我院监护室的200名临床护理人员进行问卷调查,分析调查结果。结果本次共回收有效问卷200份,有效率100%。200名护理人员相关知识认知、实施步骤认知、监测效果认知总得分分别为(63.37±3.79)分、(54.32±3.68)分、(41.72±3.94)分。不同性别、学历护理人员相关知识认知、实施步骤认知、监测效果认知得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。工作时间20年及以上护理人员相关知识认知、实施步骤认知、监测效果认知得分明显高于1~9年、10~19年者(P<0.05)。专科工作时间10年及以上护理人员实施步骤认知、监测效果认知得分明显高于1~9年者(P<0.05)。护士相关知识认知、实施步骤认知、监测效果认知得分明显低于护师、主管护师、副主任护师(P<0.05)。结论监护室护理人员对臭氧床单位消毒总体认知还有待加强,应加强对床单位臭氧消毒知识的规范培训,提高护理人员对消毒工作及效果的重视程度。

Objective To investigate the current status of nurses’awareness of disinfection of ozone bed units in intensive care unit and provide a reference for strengthening the disinfection management of department bed units.Methods A"questionnaire on the status of disinfection of ozone bed units by nursing staff in intensive care unit"was designed.From January to May 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 clinical nursing staff in our hospital’s intensive care unit to analyze the survey results.Results A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected this time,and the effective rate was100%.The total scores of 200 nurses related to knowledge cognition,cognition of implementation step,and cognition of monitoring effect were(63.37±3.79)points,(54.32±3.68)points,and(41.72±3.94)points,respectively.There was no significant difference in the nursing staff of different genders and educational backgrounds on scores of cognition of related knowledge,cognition of implementation steps,and cognition of monitoring effect(P>0.05).Nursing staff who have worked for 20 years and above had significantly higher scores on cognition of related knowledge,cognition of implementation steps,and cognition of monitoring effect than those nursing staff who had 1-9 years of experience and 10-19 years of experience(P<0.05).Nursing staff who have worked for 10 years or more in the specialist work had significantly higher scores on cognition of implementation steps,and cognition of monitoring effect than those nursing staff who have 1-9 years of experience(P<0.05).The scores of nurses’cognition of related knowledge,cognition of implementation steps,and cognition of monitoring effects were significantly lower than those of nurse practitioners,supervisor nurses,and deputy chief nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall awareness of the nurses in the ward on the disinfection of the ozone unit needed to be strengthened.It was necessary to strengthen the standardized training on the knowledge of ozone disinfection in the nurses,and to increase the degree of significance of the nurses on the disinfection work and its effect.
