中医临床护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及慢性并发症的影响

Effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing intervention for blood glucose level and chronic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨中医临床护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及慢性并发症的影响。方法选取我院社康中心及门诊2018年1月至2019年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者88例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医临床护理,比较两组患者的血糖水平及慢性并发症发生率。结果观察组FPG、2hPG、Hb A1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用,能调控血糖水平,可有效降低慢性并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical nursing intervention for blood glucose level and chronic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our community health center and outpatient clinic from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical TCM clinical nursing to compare the blood glucose levels and the incidence of chronic complications between patients of the two groups.Results The FPG,2 hPG and HbA1 c levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM clinical nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes could regulate blood glucose levels and effectively reduce the incidence of chronic complications.
