十一方药酒湿敷联合艾条灸治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of applying wet compress of eleven formula medicinal liquid combined with treatment of moxa stick moxibustion for phlebitis

目的探讨十一方药酒湿敷联合艾条灸治疗静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年11月至2018年8月120例静脉炎患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,试验组采用十一方药酒湿敷联合艾条灸治疗。结果两组治疗后,试验组静脉炎缓解有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(85.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组静脉炎的治疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者的疼痛改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十一方药酒联合艾条灸治疗静脉炎可减轻患者痛苦,降低医疗费用,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying wet compress of eleven formula medicinal liquid combined with treatment of moxa stick moxibustion for phlebitis.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with phlebitis from November 2016 to August 2018 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate to implement wet compress,and the test group was treated with wet compress of eleven formula medicinal liquid combined with treatment of moxa stick moxibustion.Results After treatment in both groups,the effectiveness of relieving phlebitis in the test group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment cost of phlebitis in the test group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain improvement in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of eleven formula medicinal liquid combined with treatment of moxa stick moxibustion for phlebitis could reduce the pain of patients,reduce the medical cost and improve the treatment effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
