复方玄驹胶囊联合曲普瑞林治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床研究

Clinical study on compound Xuanju capsule and triptorelin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者采用复方玄驹胶囊+曲普瑞林药物治疗的临床效果。方法88例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,根据数字奇偶法分为治疗组和对照组,每组44例。对照组选择曲普瑞林药物展开不孕症治疗,治疗组选择复方玄驹胶囊+曲普瑞林药物展开不孕症治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后的肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)以及促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平。结果治疗组治疗总有效率95.45%高于对照组的68.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组HGF、VEGF水平分别为(237.33±24.26)、(74.43±12.55)ng/L,均低于对照组的(312.89±25.29)、(92.49±12.73)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组T、LH水平分别为(0.63±0.06)nmol/L、(7.45±1.57)U/L,低于对照组的(0.90±0.08)nmol/L、(9.59±1.66)U/L,FSH水平(8.89±1.43)U/L高于对照组的(7.46±1.41)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊+曲普瑞林药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症可获得可靠疗效,对于HGF、VEGF、T、LH以及FSH水平可进行充分改善,最终实现多囊卵巢综合征患者预后提升。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule and triptorelin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility.Methods A total of 88 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility were divided into treatment group and control group by odd-even number method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated by triptorelin,and the treatment group was treated by compound Xuanju capsule and triptorelin.The therapeutic effect,hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.45%in the treatment group,which was higher than 68.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HGF and VEGF were(237.33±24.26)and(74.43±12.55)ng/L in the treatment group,which was lower than(312.89±25.29)and(92.49±12.73)ng/L in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of T and LH were(0.63±0.06)nmol/L and(7.45±1.57)U/L in the treatment group,which was lower than(0.90±0.08)nmol/L and(9.59±1.66)U/L in the control group,and FSH level(8.89±1.43)U/L was higher than(7.46±1.41)U/L in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule+triptorelin shows reliable efficacy in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility,which can significantly improve the levels of HGF,VEGF,T,LH and FSH,and improve the prognosis of patients.
