中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile functional constipation

目的研究中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法60例老年功能性便秘患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予乳果糖治疗,观察组患者给予乳果糖结合中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总依从率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘效果显著,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile functional constipation.Methods A total of 60 senile patients with functional constipation were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by lactulose,and the observation group was treated by lactulose combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group,which was 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows remarkable effect in the treatment of senile functional constipation,and it is worthy of clinical application.
