摘要
针对极端异常气候对电力设施破坏事件的频繁发生,自然灾害对电网安全运行造成严重威胁,分析低温冰雪、雷雨、大风等自然灾害对于电网的影响,防御措施存在的问题,提出改进措施。
In view of the frequent occurrence of extreme abnormal climate damage to power facilities, and the serious threat of natural disasters to the safe operation of the power grid, this paper analyzes the impact of natural disasters such as low-temperature ice and snow, thunderstorm, gale on the power grid, and the existing problems of defense measures, and proposes improvement measures.
