阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响及对策

The Effect of Vaginal Discharge on the Results of Routine Urine Clinical Eamination and Its Countermeasures

目的:探讨阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响及对策。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年10月在笔者所在医院接受尿常规检查的100例妇科疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)常规采集尿液,观察组(n=50)在抑制阴道分泌物之后采集尿液,比较两组尿常规检查情况及检查指标。结果:观察组红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、亚硝酸盐检出率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿蛋白、pH值及尿糖检查结果均低于对照组,比重高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道分泌物会直接影响到尿常规的临床检查结果,所以在进行尿常规检查时需要采用抑制阴道分泌物的方式进行处理之后再采集尿液,以此来保证尿常规检验结果的准确度。

Objective:To explore the influence of vaginal secretion on routine urine clinical examination results and countermeasures.Method:A total of 100 patients who received routine urine examination from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected,they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=50)received routine urine collection,the observation group received routine urine collection after inhibiting vaginal discharge.The urine routine examination and examination index of two groups were compared.Result:The detection rate of red blood cells,white blood cells,epithelial cells and nitrite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of protein,pH and urine sugar in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the specific gravity was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal secretions will directly affect the clinical results of routine urine examination,so it is necessary to control vaginal secretions during routine urine examination before collecting urine,so as to ensure the accuracy of routine urine examination results.
