快速康复外科理念的饮食管理应用于胃癌术后护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Dietary Management Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Post-operative Nursing of Gastric Cancer

目的:研究与分析快速康复外科理念的饮食管理应用于胃癌术后护理的效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月来笔者所在医院拟行胃癌根治术的62例患者为研究对象。根据患者入院先后顺序进行单双号标记,其中单号患者作为传统护理组,双号患者作为快速康复组,随后对两组术后进食量、术后住院时间、术后首次下床时间及正确进食依从率等指标进行观察。结果:快速康复组术后进食量多于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,术后首次下床时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组正确进食依从率高于传统护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念的饮食管理应用于胃癌术后护理的效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of dietary management based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative nursing of gastric cancer.Method:A total of 62 patients who had undergone radical gastrectomy from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Then,according to the order of admission of patients,the single-numbered patients were labeled as the traditional nursing group and the double-numbered patients as the rapid rehabilitation group.Then the amount of food consumed after operation,the time of hospital stay after operation,the first time of getting out of bed after operation and the rate of correct eating compliance were observed.Result:The amount of food consumed after operation in the rapid recovery group was more than that in the control group,and the time of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,the first time of getting out of bed after operation was earlier than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct eating compliance rate in the rapid rehabilitation group was higher than that in the traditional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dietary management based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in post-operative nursing of gastric cancer has a significant effect,and it is worth further promotion and use.
