妊娠晚期护理干预对产妇选择分娩方式的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy on the Choice of Delivery Mode

目的:研究妊娠晚期护理干预应用于产妇护理中对选择分娩方式的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1-12月笔者所在医院接收的120例产妇资料。根据不同的护理方式分为常规组(n=60,接受常规护理)和护理组(n=60,在常规护理基础上接受妊娠晚期护理干预),比较两组分娩方式选择情况,记录两组总产程时间、子宫康复时间及新生儿Apgar评分。结果:常规组选择剖宫产和自然分娩分别为17例(28.33%)、43例(71.67%);护理组选择剖宫产和自然分娩分别为8例(13.33%)、52例(86.67%)。护理组选择剖宫产率少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组总产程时间、子宫康复时间及出生后1 min新生儿Apgar评分均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将妊娠晚期护理干预应用于产妇护理中能辅助产妇选择更优的分娩方式,降低剖宫产率,帮助产妇更快恢复,保证新生儿健康,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the influence of nursing intervention in the third trimester of pregnancy on the choice of delivery mode.Method:This study retrospectively analyzed 120 cases of maternals received in our hospital from January to December 2018.According to different nursing methods,the maternals were divided into the routine group(n=60,maternals received routine nursing)and the nursing group(n=60,maternals received nursing intervention in the third trimester of pregnancy on the basis of routine nursing).The choice of delivery mode was compared between the two groups,and the duration of labor,uterine recovery time and neonatal Apgar score were recorded.Result:The modes of cesarean section and natural delivery were selected in 17 cases(28.33%)and 43 cases(71.67%)respectively in the routine group.The modes of cesarean section and natural delivery were selected in 8 cases(13.33%)and 52 cases(86.67%)respectively in the nursing group.The rate of cesarean section in the nursing group was lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of labor,uterine recovery time and neonatal Apgar score at 1 min after birth in the nursing group were better than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in the third trimester of pregnancy in maternals’nursing can assist the maternals to choose better delivery mode,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and help maternals to recover health faster,ensure the health of newborns,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
