耳穴埋豆配合护理干预对鼻内镜术后疼痛的影响

The Effect of Combined Nursing Intervention of Auricular Point Sticking on the Pain after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的:以接受鼻内镜手术的患者为研究对象,分析和评价患者应用王不留行籽耳穴埋豆联合护理干预对于减轻其术后疼痛感所发挥的作用。方法:以90例2018年4月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院接受鼻内镜手术的患者作为研究对象,纳入患者经随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)及对比组(n=45),为所有患者提供围术期护理干预,观察组患者同时采用王不留行籽耳穴埋豆干预措施。结果:术前及术后12 h患者VAS评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后24、48、72 h患者VAS评分均低于术后12 h,且观察组患者各时段VAS评分均显著低于对比组(P<0.05)。观察组患者身体功能、精神健康及生理职能等各项生活质量评分均较对比组高(P<0.05)。结论:为接受鼻内镜手术的患者提供王不留行籽耳穴埋豆联合护理干预可使其术后疼痛感得到明显缓解,有助于使患者术后生活质量得到提高。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effect of combined nursing intervention of auricular point sticking with Vaccaria Semen Vaccariae on reducing postoperative pain in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients included in the study were divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)by random number table method,providing perioperative nursing intervention for all patients.The patients in the observation group were also provided with auricular point sticking with Vaccaria Semen Vaccariae intervention.Result:There were no significant difference in VAS scores between the groups before and 12 hours after operation(P>0.05),24,48 and 72 hours after operation,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,mental health and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined nursing intervention of auricular point sticking with Vaccaria Semen Vaccariae for patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly alleviate the postoperative pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
