整体护理对产妇护理质量和母婴妊娠结局的影响

Influences of Holistic Nursing on the Quality of Maternal Nursing and the Maternal and Infant Pregnancy Outcomes

目的:探讨整体护理对产妇护理质量和母婴妊娠结局的影响。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法选取2018年6月-2019年5月阳江市妇幼保健院产科产妇600例,随机分为常规护理组(300例)及整体护理组(300例),统计分析两组护理质量、母婴妊娠结局。结果:整体护理组护理质量优良率为90.0%,高于常规护理组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组产妇剖宫产率、产后出血率、胎儿窘迫率分别为26.7%、3.3%、1.7%,均低于常规护理组的33.3%、7.7%、11.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组护理满意度为90.0%,高于常规护理组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理相比,整体护理更能有效提升产科护理质量,保证母婴妊娠结局,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effects of holistic nursing on the quality of maternal nursing and the maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes.Method:A total of 600 obstetric women in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected by cluster random sampling method and randomly divided into the routine nursing group(300 cases)and the holistic nursing group(300 cases).The nursing quality and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The excellent and good rate of nursing quality of the holistic nursing group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 73.3%of the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,fetal distress rate of the holistic nursing group were 26.7%,3.3%,1.7%,significantly lower than 33.3%,7.7%,11.7%of the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the holistic nursing group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 66.7%of the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,holistic nursing can effectively improve the quality of obstetric care and ensure the outcome of maternal and child pregnancy,which is worth popularizing.
