补肾疏肝助孕汤治疗32例黄体功能不全性不孕的效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Bushen Shugan Zhuyun Decoction on 32 Cases of Luteal Insufficiency Infertility

目的:研究补肾疏肝助孕汤治疗黄体功能不全性不孕的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2018年6月接收的黄体功能不全性不孕患者64例,随机分为两组,对照组32例使用激素促排卵法治疗,观察组32例采取激素促排卵联合补肾疏肝助孕汤治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对黄体功能不全性不孕患者进行治疗时,采取激素促排卵联合补肾疏肝助孕汤治疗效果显著,不仅能够提升治疗效果,而且能够显著提高妊娠率,能够促进患者快速康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan Zhuyun Decoction in the treatment of infertility of luteal insufficiency.Method:Sixtyfour patients with luteal insufficiency infertility received from January 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the control group,and treated with hormone-induced ovulation.32 patients in the observation group take hormone-induced ovulation combined with Bushen Shugan Zhuyun Decoction.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with dystrophic infertility in luteal body,the treatment of hormone-induced ovulation combined with Bushen Shugan Zhuyun Decoction is effective,which not only improves the efficiency of treatment for patients,but also significantly improves the pregnancy rate of patients.It can promote the rapid recovery of patients and has high clinical application value.
